1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b955 ("b955", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the b955 website and any related mobile-optimised interfaces.

1.2 By accessing the b955 platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use b955.

2.3 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on b955. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

2.4 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. b955 may require submission of identity documents (CNIC) to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawals.

2.5 b955 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b955 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. b955 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on b955 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b955 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the b955 payment information page and are subject to change.

4.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the b955 account. b955 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts.

4.3 b955 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages. b955 will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment delays promptly upon notification.

4.4 b955 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for source of funds documentation, where required for compliance purposes.

4.5 b955 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated b955 account may be suspended.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets placed on b955 — whether on cricket, PSL, other sports, or casino games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the b955 platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bets are accepted at b955's sole discretion. b955 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing reasons.

6.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.3 b955 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. b955 also reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where fraudulent or collusive behaviour is suspected.

6.4 Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b955 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the b955 platform;
• Colluding with other Players or with b955 staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus terms;
• Attempting to circumvent b955 security systems, including account verification;
• Using the b955 platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing b955 through a proxy, VPN, or other tool to circumvent geographic or jurisdictional restrictions;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b955 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses of profits, data, or goodwill.

10.2 b955's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

10.3 b955 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. b955 shall use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11. Amendments

11.1 b955 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

11.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent effective date. Your continued use of b955 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players acknowledge their responsibility to comply with the laws of Pakistan, including any regulations applicable to online gaming activity in their province or jurisdiction.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
